TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery is expected within 48 hours with GLS courier. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday. Every order placed after 1:00 pm will be processed starting the next day. Delivery is not expected on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Shipments are free in Italy for an order of € 150.00 or more. For orders under € 150.00 shipping costs vary depending on the order and destination. To check the shipping costs in your area, in the order check-out phase, simply click on "calculate shipping". You can view the status of the order at any time by entering your "My Orders" folder. For orders from other European or non-European countries, approximately within 7 working days from the courier's collection from our warehouses. No responsibility can be attributed to CHANCES for late or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. We remind you that extra European shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer will be responsible for paying this amount.

PAYMENT

It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. At the moment we do not accept cash on delivery or by bank transfer. The whole procedure takes place via a secure connection directly connected to the bank, owner and manager of the online payment service and the data is transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL protocol. This protocol guarantees the protection of data transmission and from the decoding and / or counteraction of all confidential information. Payment may not be authorized for the following reasons:

- the credit card has expired;

- the credit limit of your card has been reached;

- some wrong data has been entered.

- you have not entered the 3D security code: in some cases a "MasterCard SecureCode" or "Verified by Visa" security code is required. If you do not have this code, contact your card manager.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS

CHANCES undertakes to replace or refund the product purchased in the online Boutique that does not meet the expectations, respecting the terms and conditions listed below. The refund or any change must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery of the products, date established through the courier tracking system. To confirm the refund the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, seals, etc ...) In the event that all conditions have been met above, CHANCES will refund the purchase price of the purchased item by direct crediting to the card used for payment or to the PayPal account, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by our logistics. It is understood that, according to the provisions of article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal: therefore, used and / or deteriorated items will not be refunded as a result of ordinary use.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To make a return or a replacement, please proceed as follows:

1. Connect to the chancesitaly.com site If you are a registered customer, in the "my orders" section, you can select the order containing the products to be returned. If you are not registered, you will have to access the menu section "Orders and Returns" and search for the order containing the items to be returned via: order number, email address and zip code of the billing address communicated at the time of the order and also reported in the "Purchase Confirmation" email. Once the order has been selected, the specific return or replacement procedure can be activated on the individual products, specifying the reason.

2. Complete the guided online form in which it is necessary to indicate the collection address and a telephone number, which will be communicated to the courier in charge. You can also specify the date of preference for collection. Once the online form has been completed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your return or replacement request, together with the return authorization number and the documents you need to print: - The label to be affixed to the outside of the package; -The receipt to be signed by the courier for confirmation of the withdrawal. 3. Prepare the return package Put the products you intend to return or replace in their packaging and place them inside the original external packaging, from which you must make sure that you have removed any labels relating to the previous shipment of the package. If the outer packaging is excessively damaged, it will be necessary to replace it with a similar one that guarantees adequate protection for the products. Seal the package carefully to ensure the protection of the contents during transport and affix the courier's shipping label.
